  • Guest：My husband and me had an awesome stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with filtered drinking water provided in the room and all the amenities exactly as listed. I arrived early at around 10am and was pleasantly surprised to get my room by 11:45am, which was a huge bonus. The 24-hour buggy service to and from the beach was very convenient and made getting around effortless. The view facing the water park was beautiful, especially overlooking the landscaped area at the back. Watching the sunrise and sunset from there was truly relaxing. In the evening, the live Hard Rock band performance created such a great vibe. It was lovely to sit back with a drink and soak in the atmosphere. The hotel breakfast was awesome too. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

  • Guest：Location almost deepest in desaru coast, next to water park, walking to beach 5mins, staff service is best quality, room all good and big enough with balcony except water leaking from the side window because heavy rain and changed to other room immediately, a bit noisy if not enjoying live band, restaurant nice price, not much kids facilities, and better for couples.

Good breakfast variety, though it can get crowded during peak hours. Convenient location near the beach and attractions. A great choice for a fun, family-friendly getaway.
